"We called Brynn in to help us with day-of coordination for our September wedding about 3 weeks before our wedding date. Right from the first time we talked to her on the phone, we could tell she was perfect. She is calm, flexible, realistic, and organized. She understood exactly what we needed and helped take over coordinating all the final little details and schedule. She was very responsive to emails and kept track of everything. She also suggested some ideas we hadn't thought about, and gently suggested a few changes/improvements to our plan (ie it's worth the extra $100 to get enough chairs so everyone can have a seat at the ceremony). She was a very valuable sounding board and all of her suggestions were bang on. On the actual wedding day, she took care of everything behind the scenes, with the result that the whole day felt seamless, perfect, and stress free - not just for my husband and I, but also for our wedding party and parents. Having Brynn in charge of logistics and details meant that that burden was not on any of our friends/family - so they were all able to fully enjoy the day. Brynn is absolutely worth every penny (and, having checked out a few other similar coordinators, I can also say that her rates are some of the most reasonable in the city)! I would recommend her to anyone!"
